The ONE Step Method™ spans four weeks, with each week focused on a gentle rhythm of reflection, clarity, and forward movement:

• Week 1 – Exhale: Calm the noise and step out of survival mode.

• Week 2 – Notice: Observe what’s really holding you back.

• Week 3 – Choose: Reclaim your voice and set boundaries without guilt.

• Week 4 – Step: Identify one clear next action and move forward with confidence.

What makes this different from other programs?

This experience is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you step out of reaction and into thoughtful choice. You won’t need a 12-step system or exhaustive checklist. It’s about one intentional step that brings clarity, calm, and real forward motion

Is this a group or a one-on-one program?

It’s held in a small, intimate group, intentionally limited to just 20 women. This ensures space for honest participation, grounded listening, and authentic connection — without competition or performance.

Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

No. Come as you are with a willingness to reflect, listen, and engage. All you’ll need is your presence and a readiness to take one intentional step in a way that feels grounded and true to you. This will be on Zoom so be sure to have your digital device and a quite space ready to connect in.

Will I be expected to share personal details?

Participation is guided by comfort and choice. You’re invited into a safe and respectful space where sharing is encouraged but not required. This container is crafted for understanding, not performance.

Where and when does this take place?

The ONE Step Method™ begins on February 19th and runs for four weeks. This will be on Zoom. (NOT RECORDED) The journey is designed to be accessible to all enrolled women, with details shared upon registration.

Is there a cost?

Yes, there is a registration investment to join, which includes the full 4-week experience and guided support. Specific pricing and registration details are available at the seat reservation step of the funnel.

What happens after I register?

Once you reserve your seat, you’ll receive all the details you need to participate — including access guidance, session times, and what to bring (if anything). This experience begins with presence, not preparation.

What if I can’t make one of the sessions?

Life happens. If you miss a session, support and summaries will be available so you can stay connected with the group rhythm and continue moving forward at your own pace.

The experience is guided by Pat Nash, rooted in her own journey from survival to clarity — and designed to help you do the same with gentleness, support, and real connection.
